Hibiscus Tea

This hibiscus tea combines hibiscus and ginger, a truly heavenly blend. Dried hibiscus flowers have a wonderfully tart taste that pleasantly neutralizes any bad taste in the mouth from chemo drugs, plus ginger aids in digestion. The resulting drink is a glorious, naturally ruby red tea rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene and antioxidant flavonoids. Drink it warm or try it poured over ice for a refreshingly different summer drink.
