Ingredients

  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the orange juice and honey and mix until well incorporated.
  2. Add 8 mint leaves to the juice, crush the mint with a spoon and stir to infuse the flavor into the juice. Remove the leaves.
  3. Pour the sparkling water into the pitcher.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint and orange slices.

Chef Tips

Adding water to OJ makes it much less sugary and, if your mouth or throat are sore, makes it much less acidic.
