From a main component in a meal to a last-minute add in to bring out flavor, lemons are truly versatile. They are also packed with antioxidants and their... juice has an antimicrobial component. Canarino, or hot water with lemon zest and honey, was a lifesaver for Ann during chemo when her taste buds didn’t agree with regular water. They’re certainly worth keeping around your house for when you need a lemon-aid.
