Dieta blanda
Luego de una cirugía estomacal o intestinal, una dieta blanda, que consiste en alimentos suaves y sin condimentos, con poca grasa y fibra, puede ayudar a combatir las náuseas, vómitos, diarrea y gases. También se recomienda evitar alimentos que producen gases como las verduras crucíferas.
