Hello! I’m Meghan Lyle, Prevention Center Administrator at Fred Hutch. I’m passionate about the role that nutrition and exercise have in disease prevention and look forward to supporting this important research. I enjoy running competitively for a local club and have posted three sub-3:00 hour marathons since I’ve trained for the distance. I’ll be turning 40 late next year, and my next long-term goal is to run a sub-3:00 hour marathon as a 40-year-old. Setting goals helps me stay motivated and get excited about making exercise a priority! This newsletter is about Moving For Life – enjoy!
